At Orth-Le, genuine craftsmanship and wholesome enjoyment come first. Idyllically situated in the Zell district of Bad König, we bake daily fresh pastries exclusively with pure spelt flour.

Inspired by the healing nature of the Odenwald spa tradition, we intentionally forgo modern hybrid wheat. Spelt, as an ancient original grain, is rich in essential minerals, provides steady natural energy, and is deeply cherished by our guests for its exceptional digestibility.

We intentionally moderate refined sugars to allow the genuine notes of fresh fruits, nuts, and spices to shine. Whether classic German cheesecake, fruity crumble pies, or vegan alternatives — every bite reflects honesty and passion.
